I had to take over the already running restaurant and "rebuild" it, make it still good place but smooth running. I had to add completely new system, rules, standard, customer service and make stuff to be more cooperative and move restaurant forward using my knowledges and experiences from abroad. I had responsibility for the entirely restaurant.
