-Data entry of new join staff profile in SuccessFactor system -Update working injury record (Staff information and LD Form 2) -Maintain and update employee attendance & leave records, ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date -Prepare and checking salary breakdown of part time staff -Prepare new join staff’s contract and annual Bonus and Promotion Letters by Mail Merge -Prepare HR reports by PivotTable
-Handle end-to-end payroll cycle (e.g. final payment calculations, payroll calculations, payroll reporting for over 1000 frontlines) -Prepare HR Letters - Reference Letters, Warning Letters, Promotion Letters, Commendation Letters, Reference Check -Maintain HR system (e.g. data entry, resignation and leave management, MPF enrolment, employees’ compensation) -Handle enquiries from frontlines via telephone and Whatsapp -Office admin duties (documents and e-documents handling and filing, mailing, payslip handling, check deposit) -Closely work with Recruitment team, Operation team, Property Management team and Estate Management Office
-Data entry of candidates resume -Posting job advertisements on CTgoodjobs -Contact and arrange interview for candidates by Whatsapp
