I am a recently certified full-stack developer. My specialties include, but are not limited to, Javascript, CSS, Tailwind CSS, Node, SQL, MongoDB, and React. I enjoy the unique challenges that writing pieces of code can enable. Whether its creating algorithms for specific calculators or figuring out the flex properties of a new page I get great satisfaction in the process and completion of the task. I am highly detail oriented and love learning the nuances of new tasks, procedures, and technologies. Currently I am employed as a Print Production Specialist dealing in wide and grand-format printing. During my time in this role I have amassed a large knowledge in the intricacies of how individual brands and styles of printers work, servicing the equipment through maintenance and repair, and becoming proficient in the software side to understand the "brains" of the machines in order to efficiently and effectively run the machines as well as make changes to improve process and dial in colors to meet high standards. I am a highly organized individual and have the ability to distill a concise path of action or response in busy environments. I very much enjoy being part of a team and collaborating toward larger goals with my cohorts, but, I can also work well alone. As an ex-customer service rep I also have skills communicating with customers to build rapport and further relationships.
As a production specialist I track and produce jobs of varying sizes and complexity while also tracking details to later create SOP's to ensure efficiency. In addition I also maintain several grand-format printers through both maintenance and diagnosing and repairing unique issues when they arise. I also coordinate with the other departments to ensure our materials arrive in time to meet deadlines. Throughout my experience I have become highly efficient in using Adobe Illustrator to create and edit designs.
As the customer service rep I handled any questions, concerns, or complaints for the company. I also handled the processing of FaceBook ad information to properly populate different accounts API's with their lead information. In addition to the other tasks I also facilitated the training of new and existing customers on how to use the software most efficiently.
