Alex Horton is an ecologist with over 12 years of experience in the environmental industry. Focusing on natural resources and environmental compliance, Alex has served clients in both the private and government sectors while focusing mainly on linear infrastructure. Alex has served as both a program and project manager while providing subject matter expertise on environmental permitting and construction compliance. His other work has included threatened and endangered species surveys, wetland delineation, stream assessment and restoration, environmental site assessments, and due diligence. Alex maintains his Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS), Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission (GSWCC) Level 1A, and has been trained to perform U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Jurisdictional Determinations (JDs) for wetlands.
