I am a Manager within the Tax department of EY Romania and coordinate the Timisoara Tax office. Extensive experience on consultancy related to direct taxes (e.g. corporate income tax, withholding tax, international taxation, etc.), as well as on tax procedures. Also, I have assisted clients in respect of indirect taxes. Service area experience includes different kind of projects like compliance services, due diligence, tax reviews, consultancy on various taxation issues, tax structuring and assistance during tax audits. Also, service area expertise includes tax reporting under US GAAP and IFRS.
