Check and approve the received material delivery on site. Conduct testing particularly mandrell test and Field density test. Estimate and Material take off for electrical works. Prepare and coordinate concrete Request. Project: Landside Services Operational and Maintenance of Dammam Airport from 2020 up to present Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report. Formulate work frequencies in every trades and construct preventive and corrective Maintenance program. Arrange and Plan the site schedules and present to the group. Prepare and submitt technical submittal including cost proposals. Prepare and estimate corrective billing invoice, charges and additional works. Study the Project Contracts and limit of works. Prepare Method of Statement and Safety precautions, including conditioning survey. Prepare annual presentation incorporating all the accomplishment and plans and present to the client.
