Responsible for Global IT End User Support & ServiceDesk.
Regional responsibility includes end to end IT Service Delivery in the region (PH, India, China, Japan) supporting approx 50k employees. Global functional lead for ServiceDesk and Incicent Managment supporting 100k+ employees in North & Latin America and APAC. Expanded role includes leading the organization's Global IT Center of Excellence with IT workforce of approx 400 FTE across various disciplines in the Phillipines and India.
Senior leadership level reporting functionally to the VP for IT in India and site’s Business Leader responsible for the overall IT service delivery to the business including Information Security compliance
Directly reports to the General Manager and the Company President. Led the IT department and partnered with the business to support the organization's nationwide growth. Pioneered the IT Department function and established the IT Governance framework, architecture and enterprise system design, policies & process documentations to streamline the functions’ business support.. Responsible for the day to day tactical and operational business support.
