About

🚀 Sales Leader | SMB & Enterprise Growth | SaaS Sales I lead and scale a high-performing sales team in SaaS, currently responsible for SMB and mid-market segments at WP Engine across EMEA. I focus on building teams that deliver consistent, predictable revenue. That comes from clear operating rhythms, strong pipeline discipline, and structured qualification. I’m particularly interested in creating systems that allow teams to perform at a high level repeatedly, not just in moments. Alongside performance, I place a strong emphasis on people development. I’ve hired and developed talent into top-performing reps and future leaders, building a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Before moving into leadership, I closed $4M+ in revenue as an individual contributor across mid-market, and enterprise accounts, leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals with both technical and commercial buyers. That experience shapes how I coach today by staying close to deals and helping reps execute at a higher level. I’ve consistently operated in environments where performance, scalability, and customer impact matter. 💡 Key Areas: • Building predictable revenue engines • Scaling SMB and mid-market sales teams • Pipeline strategy and forecast discipline • High-velocity, multi-stakeholder sales Always open to connecting with people building and scaling in SaaS and high-growth tech.

  • Uber ()
    • Uber for Business Account Executive
      Mar 2016 - 2019 · 2 yrs 11 mos

My role within Uber is to help businesses across the UK and Ireland to tailor Uber for Business to suit their employee ground travel needs. I set up corporate travel management systems for companies to ensure the safety of their employees travelling locally and in any of the 600+ cities we operate in. To set up these corporate account, I carry out all of my own lead generation and once the sale is complete, I manage all of my own accounts closely. In short I cover all areas of the sales cycle. I was selected as the trainer for any new employees on Uber for Business within the EMEA region, as a direct result of my success, sales knowledge and people skills. This is a new role which had little to no resources to begin with, so I had to create them. I built out a training program with sales theories, processes and best practices for all aspects of the Uber for Business sales cycle. This has since been adopted across EMEA. If you would like to know more about me, feel free to InMail me or directly email me at [email protected].

    • Community Support Representative
      Jul 2016 - Mar 2017 · 9 mos

I worked in customer support for Uber on the Rider team looking after customers in the EMEA region, the UK in particular. I helped with issues any Uber customer had and also worked proactively to help avoid any issues happening in the near future. On this team we had immediate contact with anyone involved with the product and acted as brand ambassadors to help ensure they receive the best experience possible.

  • Business Account Manager at Three Ireland
    2015 - 2016 · 1 yr

In Three Ireland I developed my sales skills from scratch as a SMB account manager. I got this post as during my time in business customer support, I managed to generate a large number of new contracts and was moved to the sales team. I was one of five agents within the branch who was skilled on all three products. From this knowledge, I acted as a point of contact for any queries colleagues had on products which they weren't working directly with.
