I have 5 years of demonstrated experience in logistics and procurement support, inventory and events management. And about 20 years of working experience in large corporations and small medium enterprise from various industries such as manufacturing, engineering and customer service. Knowing my efforts can impact the organization’s success keeps me going every day! It is my professional goal -to add value to work processes by participating in the process improvement efforts through team activities and individual initiatives. My core functional responsibilities lie in logistics, operation, procurement and project management support. Secondary responsibilities involve inventory and stakeholder management. My contemporaries know me for being a reliable and dependable team player. I’m also an effective communicator with a keen eye for detail and put- a strong emphasis on maintaining lasting relationships with all stakeholders. At the moment, I’m an Events and Logistics Executive at Kampung Senang Charity & Education Foundation, where I am entrusted with responsibilities for planning, coordinating and executing operational activities for all major charity events. My ability to collaborate with all my colleagues across all functions within the organization is acknowledged by my management. I hold a Specialist Diploma in Supply Chain Management, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.       In this role, I plan and coordinate operational activities for major charity events in alignment with the organization’s mission and oversee the logistics operations and tasks during events to meet the operations’ KPIs. One of the major events - The Green & Healthy Festival that was annually organized since 2016 in collaboration with various stakeholders at Singapore Expo had attracted about 10,000 participants. I have also improved on various work processes related to the Festival. As a result, the timeline for logistics planning was shortened by about 20%. For annual flag day event, we managed to increase donation funds every year through the team effort in assigning resources to strategic and prominent locations.
