I was working at Lighting Distributor Company as an HRD Manager. Then after 2.5 years i decided to working as a marketing to develop my skill and knowledge. Because i knew that i have a good interpersonal skill, i love being outside working and have a flexibility office hour. I can manage team because i have a good leadership and very accountable. In property company, i got several times as the best employee of the month, i also promoted as a Marketing Manager in just couple of months. I want to always develop my skill and my motivation to do another things that will make me more success also brings the company to the top.
