I’m currently a Software Engineer at CNA Insurance, where I support the team by creating various tools to automate tasks and facilitate the company’s transition to the cloud. Additionally, I work with Guidewire PolicyCenter on the rating team. I primarily work in Python, Java, and Gosu. Previously, I was a developer education intern at Twilio, where I rewrote nearly all the documentation for Twilio Add-ons ahead of their relaunch, updating code samples and creating tutorials to facilitate their usage. Teaching Assistant (Peer Mentor) for Introductory Computer Graphics in fall and spring quarter, and Game Development Studio in winter quarter. Held office hours and workshops for students to assist in projects.
Rewrote all documentation and created new code samples for Twilio Add-ons ahead of their relaunch. Collaborated with the Add-ons Project Manager in weekly meetings to prioritize work on documentation that needed the most support. Updated the navigation for all the Add-ons documentation as well. Helped with data analysis and created new metrics with jupyter notebook to better analyze webpage quality.
