As the Service Transformation Coordinator I support Ashfield North and South Primary Care Networks. Working closely with practice staff, co-ordinating training funded by NHS E and the CCG, analysing data submitted by practices and collating articles for the weekly GP bulletin.
Covering Mansfield & Ashfield and Newark & Sherwood CCG supporting projects such as Extended GP access, Estates, Organising events and communication and engagement out to GP practices.
During my time within the medicines management team I was responsible for providing administrative support to a team of professionals consisting of prescribing advisors, Specialist interface pharmacists and individual funding request manager and team who covered the 5 Clinical Commissioning Groups in Nottinghamshire County.
