During my time working at Motorsport Merchandise I worked in several areas of the business. Gaining important key interpersonal skills to make myself more professional when dealing with other members of staff and customers. My duties included serving customers, event setup and stock management in the company’s warehouse. I was instructed to aid and supervise new members of staff who would work during events such as the Isle of Man TT. I have worked in this role during my school and university holidays for the last 3 years.
