Ownership of the whole samples department Taking responsibility for stock to be ordered in a timely manner by liaising with Buying, Production and Marketing Department Taking responsibility to order consumables in the sample department Liaising with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service (eg. with Sales & BDM's to send samples out that have special requirements etc.) Increase productivity, morale and success to achieve all tasks in the team Ensure day to day activities are always completed following company standard Participating in meetings and voicing concerns as well as suggestions for improvement Training provider
