I am a manufacturing and food industry executive with more than 25 years of experience leading operational, commercial and strategic transformation including dairy, feed and food manufacturing businesses. My career began on the manufacturing floor and has progressed through planning, logistics, operations management and executive leadership positions to Chief Executive Officer. This journey has shaped my leadership philosophy, understanding the realities of the shop floor while maintaining a clear focus on strategy, financial performance and long-term value creation. As Chief Executive Officer of Malta Dairy Products, I lead Malta's national dairy processor, responsible for the collection, processing and marketing of the majority of locally produced milk. I work closely with shareholders, management teams, employees, customers, suppliers and regulators to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence and organisational development. Throughout my career I have led business turnaround programmes, organisational restructuring initiatives, capital investment planning, continuous improvement projects and cross-functional teams in highly regulated manufacturing environments. I am particularly passionate about building strong teams, developing future leaders and creating cultures that combine accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
