Initially starting out as an unpaid role to gain experience within the music industry, I rose to the level of Label Manager at the label, overseeing the releases for a range of artists, as well as looking after the label’s PPL and PRS systems. I also dealt with all of the artists’ international distribution and releases, as well as being the person that looked after international licensing for the Australia/New Zealand territory. Other roles included systems development and project management, liaising with booking agents, band managers and pr agents, all relating to the overseeing of our artists’ releases.
