I have spent over fifteen years delivering some of the most complex and iconic facade programmes in the Middle East, first as Executive General Manager at Permasteelisa Gartner Middle East and now as CEO Middle East at Building Blocks Facades. At Permasteelisa Gartner I led the regional business across the UAE, KSA, and Qatar, executing landmark projects spanning curtain wall, unitised glazing, UHPC, GFRC, and aluminium systems for the world's most demanding developers, main contractors, and architects. From KAFD and KAPSARC to Riyadh Metro, the Coca-Cola Arena, and landmark luxury retail, I built and ran a business that delivered at the highest level of technical and commercial complexity the industry offers. That decade gave me deep relationships across every layer of the GCC construction ecosystem. Today I lead the Middle East operation of Building Blocks Facades, a full envelope facade contractor with a fully integrated design, fabrication, and installation model under single-point accountability. What sets BBF apart is SIMPlex, our proprietary robotic manufacturing platform for UHPC and GFRC systems, deployed mobile and in-Kingdom, bringing the factory to the project rather than shipping panels across the world.
