Manage existing customers within the territory & introducing new product groups to these existing accounts Understand the customer and country dynamics through direct interactions. Visit customers regularly, conduct site surveys, generate new leads/opportunities, and lead preparation of proposals, secure quotations to customer and work through the commercial process until order closure Develop and lead a growth strategy Develop new business within the territory; Develop Sales channels and manages the various independent sales representatives, distributors and business partners located in the territories assigned; Work with the Supply chain and Finance departments to develop and administer the company's sales forecast; Develop accurate and reliable sales forecast; Develop performances metrics to be monitored on quickly monthly basis
