Responsible for the definition and execution of the Innovation program on digital signal processing for RADAR, Car-to-car communciation (V2X) and radio broadcast
Member of the management team of the Radio product line. Representing the Innovation program.
Key responsibilities • Manage a department of 24 highly skilled professionals (MSc/PhD) in central NXP Research organization in the area of digital architecture and signal processing for radio broadcast, car-2-car communciations and radar. • Contribute to the definition of the project portfolio of the group • Connect and align with the projects’ stakeholders • Build a long(er) term vision and strategy for the department

Key responsibilities • Project initialization, definition and leadership of the CodedPower project (customer: Lighting and Venture, 3-4 FTE) • Cluster leader of “energy management cluster” (10+ people). Main task: harmonization of the group activities in the area of energy management • Project definition and leadership of the DVB-T2 project (customer: BU-TV) • Standardization experience: chair of the synchronization, signaling and sounding sub-group in DVB-T2 standardization (customer: BU TV) • Contribution to the mobile DTV project (customer: former Philips Semiconductors)
