I moved to Cardiff to be promoted to Captain. As a Captain, I performed regular short sectors to and from Europe in a busy environment where time and forward thinking are essential, i had to manage the crew and the outside environment while maintaining the highest standard of safety thorough. I then moved back to Manchester.
I was assisting the captain in flying the plane, sharing responsibilities, helping in the completion of the flight. Additionally, i was thinking in the back of my head how i would act if i was the captain, so to develop my command abilities.
As the commettee member I was responsible for liaising with the flight safety officer of the flight school and the student pilot community to manage and ensure changes to procedures and safety standards were comprehensively accepted and understood by the community.

A sailing association in the outskirts of Bologna operating in recreational lakes with dinghy and 4.70m boats, i went there to learn how to sail and when i reached a proficient level i was happy to let other pupils learn.
