As a Fleet Planning Manager at Vista, I lead the strategic optimization and allocation of our global aircraft fleet to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. I work cross-functionally with operational, commercial, pricing, and sales teams to align fleet deployment with market demand and business priorities. Leveraging data-driven insights and advanced Fleet Optimization Technology, I help enhance utilization, streamline scheduling, and support key business decisions across all Vista entities. My role is instrumental in driving performance during peak periods, improving operational resilience, and shaping scalable fleet planning processes.
Main Duties ·Check day-to-day flying to ensure all flights correctly crewed, arrange cover as necessary ·Daily checking of all crew for Company EASA FTL compliance ·Give advice to OCC for any necessary schedule changes required due to FTL limitations ·Arrange hotel accommodation and transport as required due to changes ·Prepare hotel requirement reports for OCC ·Manage schedule changes requested during published roster period and arrange crew coverage in line with Company EASA FTL scheme ·Manage training plan on the published roster and update/amend training planning as necessary due to changes ·Provide admin support and any necessary reporting as required by the Crewing Manager ·Schedule and follows training of crew members like landings training together with annual line checks and emergency checks.
Main duties: • Monitor the crewing side of our operations, both Pilots and Cabin Crew, on a daily basis and keep the crewing system updated across multiple bases and destinations • Ensure all crew members are managed in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, Operator’s manuals and other relevant agreements and policies • Identify efficient solutions to complex situations and ad-hoc requirements, and take action in order to minimize the disturbance on our traffic program and for our passengers • Communicate and maintain a professional relationship with crew • Make travel and accommodation arrangements for crew as required • Support and develop a working relationship with your team members and other relevant stakeholders
