Hospitality executive with 20+ years leading operations, brand culture, and wine programs across some of New York's most celebrated restaurants — from Michelin-starred dining rooms to global luxury brands. Currently SVP of Operations at LDV Hospitality, where I oversee domestic and international operations across all LDV-owned and licensed restaurants, including the global Scarpetta brand (4 locations worldwide). I also founded VinVivo School of Wine, an interactive wine education platform that grew out of LDV's beverage program.
