Hospitality executive with 20+ years leading operations, brand culture, and wine programs across some of New York's most celebrated restaurants — from Michelin-starred dining rooms to global luxury brands. Currently SVP of Operations at LDV Hospitality, where I oversee domestic and international operations across all LDV-owned and licensed restaurants, including the global Scarpetta brand (4 locations worldwide). I also founded VinVivo School of Wine, an interactive wine education platform that grew out of LDV's beverage program. Earlier in my career, I helped open Locanda Verde at Robert De Niro's Greenwich Hotel (NYT 3 stars), managed the wine program at Keith McNally's Minetta Tavern (NYT 3 stars, Michelin star), Balthazar, and Pastis — and served as GM & Operations Director at Ralph Lauren's The Polo Bar for three years. My edge is the intersection of European hospitality culture and American operational rigor — fluent in both the craft and the business of luxury dining. I hold the AIS Italian Sommelier certification, completed in the only program ever offered in the USA.
