At Microsoft, I led sales programs and analytical initiatives across Western Europe, focusing on forecasting, performance management, and cross-functional alignment. Now at SoftwareOne, I lead the Strategic Initiatives Program, creating visibility into how business strategy translates into execution, performance, and results across the organization.
