As part of the Revenue Operations team, I lead the Strategic Initiatives Program, driving clarity on business performance by measuring the impact of key strategic priorities. I am also project managing the integration between Crayon and SoftwareOne on the reporting side, to ensure we have visibility of performance for the combined company. SoftwareOne is a global software and cloud solutions provider, working closely with partners such as Microsoft, AWS and Google to help organizations maximize the value of their technology investments.
Provided insights into the Modern Work and Security products (e.g. Copilot) to influence the health of the business, enable strategic conversations and help define our short- and long-term focus areas. The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible.
