Law (LLB), Business Management (BBA) and Political Sciences (BA) graduate from the University of East Anglia, the University of Miami and the Università degli Studi della Campania respectively. In addition, I have obtained a II level Master's Course in International Taxation from the Universita' Sapienza in Rome and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and a Master of Laws (LLM) at City, University of London. I currently am the International Liaison Partner and an International Tax & Transfer Pricing Partner at Crowe UAE (ranked among the top 10 accounting networks worldwide) in Dubai. In the past, I have worked at law firms Harbottle & Lewis (London, United Kingdom), Ecija Law & Technology, Danbury Abogados (Barcelona, Spain), and as an Associate at Valente Associati GEB Partners (Milan, Italy). During these experiences, I advised clients on a wide range of International Tax issues, with a focus on Transfer Pricing. I also assisted lawyers in the preparation and drafting of contracts in the field of Intellectual Property (IP) and Data Protection. I am a member of A.N.T.I. (Associazione Nazionale Tributaristi Italiani - National Association of Italian Tax Advisers), a member of the Tax Technology Committee and of the New Tax Professionals Committee at CFE - Tax Advisers Europe (Confédération Fiscale Européenne), as well as a member of the Digitalized Economy Group and Co-Chair of the Ethics and Sustainable Development Group at IAFEI (International Association of Financial Executives Institutes). Further, I am a member of the Crowe TP EMEA Steering Group. I frequently participate as a speaker to several seminars and webinars both in English and Italian (TPA Global, LawOneTax, Eutekne) on various topics pertaining International Taxation. I have over 40 publications composed of articles, newspaper interviews and book chapters on DAC6, Transfer Pricing, Tax Residence, Permanent Establishment, Advance Pricing Agreements and Mutual Agreement Procedures, to name a few.

The Tax Technology Committee (TTC) was established as a response to the importance of digital taxation both now and for the foreseeable future. In this regard, the TTC has a different approach to tax and technology, being devoted to digital transformation and all its ramifications for tax. It is focused on the role professionals handling tax in all manifestations will have, the risks posed to them by the development of Artificial Intelligence and the direct interaction between taxpayer and revenue authority.
IFA is a neutral, independent, non-lobby organisation which provides a neutral and independent platform where representatives of all professions and interests can meet and discuss international tax issues at the highest level. Its objects are the study and advancement of international and comparative law in regard to public finance, specifically international and comparative fiscal law and the financial and economic aspects of taxation.
