15+ years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary international teams to deliver targeted results. After obtaining my Engineering Diploma and my PhD from the Swiss Institute of Technology (EPFL), I have had the opportunity to work for more than 15 years at CERN, the European Laboratory for Particle Physics, where I held, among others, the roles of Project Leader and Technical Coordinator for the development, construction and maintenance of particle detectors within the framework of various international collaborations. I was also in charge of all matters related to microfabrication within the institute. Over the years, I have gained experience in managing people from different backgrounds on-site and remotely. I have also acquired proficiency in writing technical documentation and scientific articles in English, French, Italian and Spanish.
