After several years spent in the Operations of the Unilever Personal Products Division, joined Gemini, an American consulting company, that later became Gemini Consulting. After a start as consultant in operations, working on supply chain management, manufacturing excellence, customer relationship and sales excellence projects, mainly in the process industry, focused on more strategic issues, like post merger integration. Continued its consulting experience in a spin-off strategy consulting company and finally joined the Silva Team Group in the food ingredients business. Interested in challenging and international environments, where he can leverage on the broad multi-business experience, change management skills and 360 view on a company's business processes to achieve high impact results.
SilvaTeam Food Ingredients produces natural food ingredients, namely Pectin. It is a young and fast growing company with production plants and R&D in Italy and sales all over the world.
Leading the food ingredients unit of Silvateam, producing pectin in the Italian plant, selling Pectin, Tara Gum and Ingredient Solutions Worldwide.
