About

The fields that mainly catch my attention are automotive, aeronautic, luxury, clean energy and space field; but I am always open to the challenges in the dynamic, international and fast paced companies where I can develop the managing skills. I like to find always new interests in what I do, and I think that two relevant pillars that enhance it are: the change and the innovations inside a company. I think that dynamism and multicultural company can enhance my growth from both personal and professional side, be out from the confort zone are absolutly a stimulous for a curious person like me. Another foundamental thing where I invest lot of energies is the team, I like to foster their cooperation and cohesion to be part of the company sharing information and keep them inside the play field.
