- Responsible for servicing all stock plan administration requests while providing plan education to participants. - Customer Service Center and Participant Support Activities. - Assist Stock Plan Services participants with a variety of Plan Administration requests. - Company information and plan news. - Participant account creation, maintenance and certification assistance. - Maintain high levels of Participant and Plan Sponsor satisfaction.

- Technical support for data storage devices (HDD, flash drives, optical media, network drives), LED lighting, 3D filaments, accessories - Installation, problem solving, product information - Updating and maintaining customer Access Database - Product testing - Handling first check for warranty claims
Text check and system check for Nintendo and 3rd party products. Manuals text check (both electronic and printed). Familiarity with testing procedures, localisation, culturalisation and work in a multicultural environment; ability to memorize and apply new rules and new tools quickly. Projects:
