Collaboratore di Ricerca presso un Centro di Ricerca Oncologica, specializzato nella gestione di database e nell’applicazione di metodi di Intelligenza Artificiale a progetti di biologia molecolare. Laureato in Biotecnologie e in Bioinformatica (Laurea Magistrale), ho maturato competenze trasversali sia nelle tecniche di laboratorio (colture cellulari, estrazioni, PCR, ecc.) sia nell’analisi e integrazione di dati multi-omici. Abituato al lavoro di squadra, collaboro con team multidisciplinari di oncologi, biologi e bioinformatici, contribuendo attivamente alle attività di ricerca traslazionale.
Intratumoral heterogeneity in melanoma: from observational studies to multi-omic integration of imaging, genomics, and transcriptomics for prognostic stratification. Support in the bioinformatic analysis of genomic and transcriptomic data using advanced tools, including Artificial Intelligence-based software, for the processing, integration, and interpretation of molecular data. Development of databases for the organization and analysis of omics information. Management and quality control of data prior to statistical analysis, with the production of graphical and tabular reports in accordance with required standards. Collaboration in the development, optimization, and implementation of bioinformatic pipelines for multi-omics data analysis, with a focus on genomics and transcriptomics. Study and application of bioinformatic tools for the analysis of histological images integrated with molecular data. Participation in the management and updating of procedural protocols as outlined by the project, with supervision of the quality of molecular databases. Preparation of technical and scientific reports. Monitoring and verification of research protocol compliance with project standards.
