- Work with board members and other executives to plan and implement the short term, mid term and long term strategy for the company; - Oversee and work alongside other executives in the implementation of the strategy for the company; - Periodically meet with board members and other executives to assess the direction of the company and ensure that it is progressing in alignment to the company's stated mission; - Encourage business investment, and provide leadership for the members of the company; - Oversee the complete operation of the company, ensuring it functions well and that goals are met based on the direction established in the strategic plans; - Ensure the members of the company are compliant with the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002; - Act as the face of the company when dealing with executives of other organizations and governments; - Oversee the financial management of the organization, staff and other executives in the organization.
