About

As an Automation Manager - Project Management - and with my background in automation and logistics, I manage implementation of complex automation systems for various industries, such as grocery, retail, fashion, and e-commerce. I manage projects with values up to 200M€, ensuring cost and timing control, and effective communication with customers, internal teams, and suppliers. I also support business development by defining possible auromation solutions and participating in tenders and RFQs. I have a Master in Civil Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, where I specialized in infrastructure and transport. I have developed strong skills in project management, conflict management and risk assessments which I apply to deliver complex project. I am passionate about innovation and technology, and I enjoy learning new tools and methods to improve my know-how. I am also fluent in English and Italian
