I represent my Company from the start of the Project up to the completion of all contractual obligations. Within the delegation of authority received by CEO, I take all necessary decisions for executing the Project within the conformity, technical integrity, cost and schedule defined in the Contract.I ensure management continuity between Project phases and a smooth transition from one to the other. I directly report to Technip COO. Duty and responsibilities: define Project strategies and issue Project Execution Plan, assure during the whole Project life proper staffing in number and quality to perform the planned activities, analyse Contractual documents and authorize their pertinent distribution to the disciplines involved; carry out Contract review and approve the relevant check list, activate the preparation of Project HSE and Project Quality Plan, supervise and coordinate production activities through the Project Group, verifying the correct definition of Project data to guarantee overall conformity with contractual requirements, approve and/or authorize the issue of all the documentation produced by the Departments for the Project, manage Project Change Orders, approve the list of the Vendors/Subcontractors, technical-economic tabulations and the consequent final choice of the various type of materials, services and subcontracts signing all the orders, define planning and control activities with the aim of minimising the implementation costs and schedule of the plant, and with the support of the Planning and Project Cost Control Manager, issue the Project Master schedule and budget as well as all the requested documents along the Project life, coordinate through Project Group Detailed Engineering SubContractor, manage Site activities during Construction phase up to Mechanical Completion of the Unit. In this frame Management of Construction Subcontractors including Subcontracts Management form technical and commercial point of view on client behalf.
