Responsible for daily operations and strategic projects coordinating material procurement and production planning team, with the goal of optimizing supply chain KPIs ( OTIF, inventory levels, lead times, resource utilization).
I lead the Logistics Operation in a Premium Manufacturing Headlamp plant in Thüringen, Germany with ca. 900 employees and 230 M€/year turnover.
I was responsible for the returnable packaging supply chain flow from the design phase passing through procurement and the day to day administrative operation.
I was in charge of the internal logistics flows with the goal of analyzing and developing solutions for an efficient and costs-optimized logistics material flow.
I took part in a six months program held by Porsche consulting with the goal of renovating the workshop in a Lean-Manufacturing way.
