In 1996 after my study I was surveyor trainee two years in an important onshore architect office; after that, beginning freelance surveyor I worked for different private Italian clients and companies for projects and constructions supervisor for residential and tourist buildings until mid 2007. In the same year, end of 2007 I was employed in Saipem. I was involved for the first two years as 2nd Assistant Superintendent working together with 1st Asst. Supt. After that I was promoted to 1st Asst. Supt. on Saipem FDS vessel. (Field Development Ship) During these years I had the opportunity to increase my knowledge on the activities on deep water and also improved the manning on the organisation of personnel, equipment, solving the problem related to production and also maintained good relation with client and contractors on board. I also been involved on logistic aspect of vessel and always gave good support to the maintenance team on board. In the same working position, from 2017 to 2024 I moved to Subsea Contruction Vessel Khankendi operating in Caspian Sea. During these years I also improved the culture of safety on board to work in safe manner. Following new subsea installation activities also with Divers. Today I am working as Offshore Construction Manager on Saipem chartered Construction Vessel; I'm satisfied with the achievement but I will keep going and continue to grow in same way in order to reach new objectives and challenges to satisfy myself and Saipem. General offshore activities summary: J-Lay Pipelines including CLAD, Sliding and Fix Pipe in Pipe, FTA, FLET, PLET, PLEM, LBMS, ILT, ITA, PLR, PLET Upending in Tandem Lifting, Suction Piles upending and installation, Jumpers, Flexible Flowlines, Crossing Supports, Pipe Supports, CounterAct, Mudmats, Plet Skid, Foundation Piles, Hybrid Risers, Umbilicals (HLS&VLS), Carousel and transpooling ops, Power Fibre Optic Cables Lay, FPSO-OOL and SC-RISERS, Spools, Manifolds, FPSO Mooring Lines, FPSO Risers and Umbilicals pull-in also from FPSO side, Electric and Hydraulic Fling Leads, Mattresses, CTZ, XTree, Flow/Pipe Lines Pre-Commissioning, SAT Diving and air Diving activities. Dry&Wet-dock maintenances and upgrading Saipem FDS Construction Vessel and SCV Khankendi (Years: 2010, 2012, 2015, 2018) July 2017 and November 2019 acting as Offshore Construction Manager (Vessel Superintendent). In 2024, short period acting as Saipem Rep and subsequently Saipem Offshore Contruction Manager, currently position.

In these eight years of freelance work, I have designed and followed some renovations of buildings. Land registry practices, property appraisals, creation of sales books, for private clients and banking institutions. I have followed the construction management of residential tourist centers. Main North-East Sardinia real estate, sales assistance and interior design. (North Italy and Sardinia)
I worked two years for an important architect collaborating on the design and construction development of sports centers, residential centers, master plans, renovations of civil and public buildings, road expansions and the construction of an international kart track.
