At Environmental Resources Management (ERM), a global leader in environmental consulting and safety, I served as a Technical Lead for Security and Software Deployment, and a Senior Technical Analyst. My responsibilities included managing perimeter firewalls, antivirus systems, personal firewalls, IDS, IPS, and KPIs for the ERM Group. I led the standardization of images, SCCM 2007 reporting, software advertisement, and GPO software restrictions policies. As a Senior Technical Analyst, I provided 3rd line support for Active Directory 2003, Exchange 2007, Cisco networking, VoIP, and BlackBerry Server, and managed the migration from Lotus Domino 6 to Microsoft Exchange 2007 and Cisco DMVPN implementation.
