I am 38 years old, I am a dynamic mechanical engineer with 12 years of experience in the world of industry. During my career I have accumulated experiences in industrial quality: both as plant manager and as Quality assurance. I then managed a 100-person industrial site as production manager and became then its director. So I discovered my passion for people management and production management in terms of safety, quality and productivity. Always ready for new challenges and focused on achieving goals with a lean and continuous improvement approach.
