About

Most organizations have a misdiagnosis problem, not a knowledge problem. They create one-off solutions when they need repeatable architecture, and build person-dependent processes when they need self-sustaining systems. I’ve spent 20 years learning to recognize these patterns, whether building systems from scratch or fixing the ones that quietly stopped working. Today, I work at the intersection of learning, onboarding, enablement, and organizational change: helping complex, distributed organizations diagnose capability challenges, drive adoption, and build sustainable ways of scaling knowledge. My work combines capability building, governance, behavioral design, and AI to turn complexity into practical systems: learning ecosystems, onboarding journeys, enablement frameworks, and change approaches that people actually adopt. In practice, this has meant founding digital academies, transforming onboarding models, reducing time-to-competency, and helping globally distributed teams create and maintain knowledge more independently. I’m especially drawn to the “invisible infrastructure” of organizations: the systems, habits, and behaviors that quietly determine whether change sticks, scales, or slowly breaks. ________________________ Fixing systems is the job.       Elected by TomTom employees to represent the Netherlands workforce as one of 15 Dutch Works Council members (employee representation body with consultation rights on major organizational decisions); unanimously appointed Communications Officer to strengthen organizational clarity, engagement, and communication governance. • Communications Governance: Designed a communications framework enabling any Council member to communicate with consistent quality and timing, reducing dependency on a single communications owner. • Transparency & Predictability: Revamped the Works Council website and defined strategic communication protocols (what to communicate, when, and how) to improve transparency and consistency. • Employee Insight & Improvement: Launched an organization-wide survey to diagnose employee perception of the Works Council, identifying communication gaps and implementing targeted improvements within four months.

      TomTom is a global location technology company powering navigation, mapping, traffic, and geospatial solutions across automotive, enterprise, and consumer ecosystems. My role: Design scalable learning, onboarding, and enablement systems supporting 400+ internal stakeholders and 200+ B2B partners globally across Product, Sales, IT, and People, improving capability adoption, reducing SME dependency, and enabling knowledge to scale sustainably.
