I’m a strategic and purpose-driven leader with over 15 years of global experience building ventures, launching brands, and driving growth at the intersection of business, innovation, and social impact. I am currently Head of Partnerships at Very Good Ventures, a consulting company building the experiential layer for the agentic enterprise. I also advise companies across Latin America on strategy, sales, and growth, helping founders and executives navigate scaling challenges, market expansion, and customer-led innovation. Previously, I founded and led Manná, a venture focused on making healthy, well-balanced food more accessible in Mexico City through delivery, subscriptions, catering, and a line of retail snacks. At frog design, I supported the launch and scale of the Latin America business—opening the Mexico City office and growing it to 80+ team members. As Global Social Impact Lead, I led initiatives across emerging markets, combining human-centered design with inclusive economic strategies. I’m also a Mentor with Collective Academy’s Enterprise team, where I design and facilitate learning experiences for high-performing teams and executives from leading companies in LATAM. My work spans Fortune 500s and startups alike, with past clients including Mastercard, AB InBev, Colgate, and CARE International.
