I lead an international team of 8 headhunters across EMEA. The role began with a focus on supporting the implementation of a new production site in Italy, where I built and structured the operational support team. Responsibilities then extended to a second production site in France, while being involved in other EMEA markets through cross-functional collaboration. Key focus areas include performance evaluation, development planning, SLA and KPI discussions, process implementation, and data analysis in partnership with Business Intelligence to anticipate trends and drive action.
I specializeed in sourcing director-level talent, mainly supporting the Denmark headquarters and collaborating with teams across EMEA. I worked closely with the business to align sourcing strategy with organizational needs and market dynamics. After one year, I was offered the role of Player Coach, adding team development and leadership responsibilities while continuing to stay hands-on in talent acquisition.
I partnered with the hiring community across multiple countries, focusing mainly on Denmark headquarters. I worked closely with medical, clinical, and corporate functions, providing market insights and managing targeted LinkedIn campaigns to optimize sourcing strategies.
