I was part of the GRO Product team leading product innovation on Expedia website in order to meet customer needs and grow the Expedia business. Primary responsibilities were: - UI/UX customer research, benchmarking, customer behavior data analysis in order to understand customer needs; - user story generation, development prioritization, stakeholder management, QA testing, product delivery in accordance with Agile framework. I managed online sales of stores powered by Triboo Digitale working as Account Manager for several brands (Ducati, Lamborghini, VR46, Arena). I was also Team Leader of a unit of Online Store Managers (4 people), overseeing the revenue results of the whole business unit. I was responsible for: - the eCommerce strategy (sales plan, product assortment, visual merchandising); - the achievement of revenue targets and performance analysis/KPI monitoring; - the implementation of eCommerce solutions into partner networks; - the interaction with other internal structures (Technology, Creative Direction, Web Marketing, Customer Care, Logistics) to maximize delivery to the Partner; - management of the direct email marketing activity. Reporting directly into the eCommerce manager, I coordinated the activities of the team (5 people) dedicated to the management and promotion of the online distribution channels. As Digital Poject Manager I was responsible for the organization, planning, coordination, controlling and conduction of international eCommerce projects including budgeting. My responsibilities: business analysis in requirement gathering and preparation of functional specifications documents prior to the development of platforms; leading and motivating the project team during the entire project phase; supervision of external distributors and suppliers; organization and conduction of project meetings and steering group meetings, status calls; leading User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Go Live assistance; organization and conduction of training sessions and workshops including After Go Live assistance. I also supported the Corporate eCommerce manager in defining online distribution strategies and in business negotiations with international distributors (GDS and OLTAS) and suppliers; I was also key referent for Revenue and Marketing Manager in defining multi-channel sales strategy and I was also responsible of production of internal reports. I was responsible for evaluating new business requisites related to corporate B2B and B2C websites. My main role was to collect, analyze, formalize with appropriate documentation business requirements coming from our local Offices worldwide. I was also key referent in designing multi-channel promotional campaigns and in online sales activities and in charge of internal reports production by Business Object di SAP e Google Analytics
