Coordinator for the internal teams responsible for the recruitment of Software Development and Software Testing profiles. Mainly foused on Account Management, but largely involved in the operations (sourcing and screening) as well as in Business Development activities as required in an agile team. Main Tasks: within the framework of Competency Management, to contribute to the mapping of competences and to the creation of generic Job Descriptions templates; to support the process of job qualifications with managers and drafting of job descriptions; to carry out background research on job families; to update databases and to fill in the Agency Job Description Database; to contribute to carry out a survey aimed at exploring the possibilities to improve the performance of the Trainee Section (i.e. questionnaire drafting, submission, data gathering, data analysis, reporting, dissemination).
Main Tasks: legislative monitoring of EU Entrepreneurship Policy; reporting on the activities of Parliamentary Committees (i.e. IMCO, REGI, INTA, ECON); drafting of newsletters; monitoring of and reporting on EU funding opportunities (grants and programs), EU consultations and calls for Seconded National Experts; communication with partners and advocacy activities; update of databases and website.
Main Tasks: monitoring and reviewing existing legislation on investment protection; activities of background research on barriers to free movement of capital, with a focus of intra-EU bilateral investment treaties and Capital Market Union; stakeholder mapping; supporting the organization of bilateral meetings with delegations and stakeholders.
Main Tasks: event organization; managing logistical arrangements related to the congress (i.e. on-site registration, meeting room preparation, information provision to participants, agenda setting); liaising with speaker, vendors and external providers; guest hospitality, production and communication assistance; follow-up calls to participants.
