My ability to complete an assigned task within the deadline was uplifted by me as I got nominated as the student placement coordinator of my batch. I used to guide my classmates for interviews and to search a new recruitment. I have also organized mock interviews so that they could get a pre-exposure as the interviews were online. Online group discussions were scheduled where we discussed aptitude questions so that all the students could help each other.
As an active NSS volunteer,I had learned how to communicate with different kinds of people and to deal every situation. It helped me to improve my leadership quality and enhanced teamwork spirit.
