Having 14 years of Technology, Retail, Construction, Industry experience as an IT Specialist, IT Project Manager, IT Manager, Technology Director and finally as a CIO has given me a strategic technology and business perspective in the development of advanced technology driven services in the industries I have worked for. I am leader of BI (Business Innovation) group managing BI strategy. I responsible for creating value-added services /projects ,process improvements, process optimizations, infrastructure &architecture and governance/compliance. I direct Report to the Korean BI Director expat of the company with a team of 14 technology staff. BI team’s responsibility consists of Retail Systems, e-commerce, SAP ERP and Data Governance GDPR | KVKK , BI tools. I am also responsible of Samsung TR omnichannel program which has reward as 2nd annual Innovation award of Samsung Global in 2020. I am managing of ecommerce platform which has revenue 100M+ usd,
I was recruited to deliver creative solutions for the Digital Transformation of Ağaoğlu Group Companies to transform IT services as a Platform Service delivering value added services for the Smart City, Smart Home, Smart Construction and Smart Customer Concept of Ağaoğlu for the life style it has created. Reported to the CEO of the company with a team of 20 technology staff specialized in diverse technologies with a budget responsibility of 4 Million USD including Investment Budget. Developed the Strategy of Ağaoğlu Digital Transformation concept and centralized the Ağaoğlu Customer Journey in the heart where integrated CRM, ERP and Smart Customer platforms for smooth operational success. I have designed and planned the implementation of complex BI ( Business Intelligence System) a required infrastructure to support Connected Home Infrastructure and platform to support CRM, ERP, Smart Home, Smart Building and IoT concept and technologies required for the Digital Transformation. Build a centralized demand management and control system and led technical procurement activities under the IT Vendor management Strategy. Designed the IT Technology group to support the digital transformation of Ağaoğlu Group through leading complex systems, technology and operational technology infrastructure with transparent operational processes in compliant with ITIL, Enterprise Architecture Maturity Model and Software Testing Methodologies with the support of command and control and 7x24 monitoring center in Istanbul.
I was recruited to build the Transformational IT and Business IT department to support the Digital transformation whilst integrating technologies as a platform to grow the business for Smart Customer Journey and improve the Smart Building Concept for Nef Construction. Reported to the CFO of the company with a team of 8 IT engineers specialized in diverse technologies with budget responsibility of 2 Million USD including investment budgeting. Strategically Implement the Customer Value Acquisition Model for Additional revenue generation. Designed and Build IT Strategy and IT Systems Architecture for the business needs of NEF where I have aligned the strategy in day to day operations. Started the implementation and rollout of ITIL processes in a phased approach to initiate the mission critical platform of value added services, reporting services and BOM (Bill of Materials) billing and costing model of Smart Construction. Virtualization and consolidation of systems has played a critical role in the management and budget saving activities to finance new projects, Tibco Nimbus (Innovative Design of Business Processes), Re-design and build the CRM system, ERP system Selection and SAP Implementation, Supported the collaboration and operational excellence needs of the company via SharePoint and automated internal processes. The strategic thinking “IT as Business” and project driven approach has brought success and I was chosen as the CIO of the Year 2015.
Etiqadd is the first company in its industry developing a social shopping platform for fashion retailers engaging social media and mobile apps. I reported to the board of directors with a team of 4 web application developers specialized in java and .net platforms and coding mobile apps. Strategic planning of digital marketing communication integrated with customer centric technology social media and social community development was key to business success achieved. The new business model supported customer engagement and Improved social media campaigns through mobile and social media project development.
