- Development of the strategy and business model; - Business development service offer incl. investment analysis, valuation and project management;
- analysis of energy businesses, services, energy markets transition, innovations and new technologies; - development of new business concepts; - long term strategic planning, portfolio of strategic initiatives; - debt and liquidity analysis; - valuation of companies, projects and investments; - financial modelling; - project management; - analysis of new investment projects and investment/divestment options; - SAP based monitoring/reporting of investment projects; - organization and support of the internal approval process for the higher management (Investment Project Committee); - administration and control of the long term contracts; - relationship management with sales partners; - sales portfolio and market analysis, care of sales data base; - development of the portfolio management approach for subsidiaries;
- interface for sales and key accounts team; - administration of Gas supply orders; - software based data and portfolio management; - supporting gas procurement and tenders;
