About

I am a Polish-qualified attorney-at-law (radca prawny) specializing in employment law at KPMG Law. I advise international corporations and leading Polish companies on the full spectrum of employment matters, including HR compliance, collective redundancies, TUPE transfers, M&A due diligence, and individual terminations. Before joining KPMG, I spent two years as in-house employment counsel at Agora S.A., supporting HR operations across Agora Group companies. That experience - advising on large-scale redundancy processes, negotiating with trade unions, and supporting employment documentation and data protection issues - shaped my practical, business-oriented approach to employment law. #EmploymentLaw #LaborLaw #HRLawyer
