HR Operations & Compliance • End-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance with law and regulations, and alignment with objectives. • Shaping and enhancing employee benefits programs to strengthen wellbeing and retention. • Advising leaders and employees on HR matters while ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations. • Developing, reviewing, and managing employment agreements and HR policies to minimize risk and ensure compliance. Systems, Data & Insights • Streamlining HR data management and Workday systems to support workforce planning and analytics. • Delivering actionable insights through reporting and workforce analytics to guide leadership decisions. • Enhancing internal communications to improve alignment, transparency, and team collaboration. People Strategy & Engagement • Leading global engagement initiatives, including Peakon surveys, to drive employee satisfaction and performance. • Designing and implementing talent processes, including pay reviews, incentives, performance management, and frameworks. • Developing retention strategies, career initiatives, and engagement programs to nurture top talent. • Championing company values and culture to foster positive behaviors and inclusivity across teams. Culture & Employee Experience • Managing employee experiences their life cycle (onboarding, development, offboarding etc.) • Leading health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives to maintain a safe, positive workplace. • Designing and executing team-building events, learning sessions, and organizational workshops to strengthen culture.

HR Operations & Compliance • Collaborating closely with payroll and legal teams to ensure seamless HR operations and regulatory compliance. • Administering HR processes with a focus on adherence to local, state, and federal regulations. • Maintaining accurate workforce records and databases to support onboarding, offboarding, and organizational reporting. • Processing and tracking paid, unpaid, and sick leave to ensure fair and consistent workforce management. • Overseeing Health & Safety compliance and implementing programs to maintain a safe and productive workplace. Workforce Planning & Administration • Coordinating employee schedules to optimize productivity, team capacity, and resource allocation. • Generating, reviewing, and processing administrative documents, reports, and proposals to inform HR strategy and business decisions. • Managing payments, vendor invoices, budgets, and operational HR expenses to support efficiency and alignment with organizational priorities. People Experience & Strategic Support • Streamlining HR processes and systems to enhance workforce planning, reporting, and decision-making. • Supporting employee experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
