Проект World of Tanks: вопросы монетизации в контексте подбора веток прокачки танков, создание референсов, написание тексов и статей. Ведение проектной документации отдела. Проект Total War: Arena: работа над референсами, консультирование и наполнение контентом игрового портала и сайта, написание статей. Создание и обслуживание файлохранилища исторических и игровых референсов (обьем 20 Tb). Организация и участие в поездках/экспедициях исторического тдела компании в различные страны (Британия, Франция, Германия, Чехия, , Венгрия, Швейцария, Польша, Швеция, Финляндия, Израиль, Китай, США) Участие в разработке различных игровых прототипов и их тестирование.

Responsibilities: • Concepting, prototyping and tuning new in-game features, systems, and mechanics for meta gameplay. • Developing compelling metagame loops and progression models that retain players over the long-term. • Defining content for sprints and development pipeline. • Recommending solutions for resolving risks in design challenges for development. • Communicating possible problems and risks to ensure production deadlines are met. • Managing and organizing development teams tasks and processes. • Liaising with the narrative design team to deepen the plot component of the project. • Working with engineering, vfx, animation and art teams to effectively implement new features and systems. • Ensuring that the whole development team shares and agrees on the project vision. • Transforming rough ideas into a detailed concept for further deconstruction and implementation. • Keeping track of the market trends to form a vision for further development. • Leading the overall design discussions between the development and producer team. • Providing detailed feedback on direction and ideas on ways to improve game development. • Prototyping puzzles and hyper casual mini-games. • Tuning the game feel in all aspects. Responsibilities: • Collaborating with the technical team in all steps of development to ensure that project goals are met in time. • Liaising with the narrative design team to create compelling characters, plotlines, dialogue, etc. • Working closely with the art team to maintain the visual quality of the product at a high level. • Maintaining documentation for new content, mechanics, features, and game improvements. • Providing clear feature documentation, diagrams, wireframes and prototypes. • Improving ingame flow to provide a better user experience. • Reviewing projects to provide regular feedback. • Leading all design discussions between teams.
