A former translator/interpreter in the tire manufacturing industry, currently working in HR and undergoing Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training with the aim of expanding my knowledge of HR/Continuous Improvement/Project Management and Operations in general, in order to contribute to and add more value to the company.
· Coordinating key HR processes, supporting the overall objectives of specific organizational units within the Company, including, but not limited to: hiring; on-the-job training; other training; talent/performance management; relocation and expat support; employee engagement; internal communications; internship programs. · Partnering closely with the management and designated organizational units to ensure appropriate steps are taken to support business needs, while complying with all Company’s internal enactments and relevant legislation. · Conducting and organizing programs and job trainings and other technical training for Company employees · Preparing lesson plans and relevant training materials and implementing employee training programs in regards to the installation of equipment, work, safety, and/or maintenance and repair of machines and equipment. · Monitoring associates’ training records to ensure that all associates have met the Company’s and legal training requirements · Analyzing training evaluations in order to assess the effectiveness of training sessions and implement suggestions for improvements. · Coordinating Company’s overall selection, recruitment and on-boarding processes. · Coordinating performance management process · Coordinating the implementation of internship programs within the Company · Coordinating expat relocation activities, including but not limited to facilitating residential and work visa processes for designated expats through the cooperation with relevant State institutions · Organizing and supporting internal/external community contribution events · Taking care of employees’ needs, communicating with employees, providing relevant information
• Coordinating key HR processes, supporting the overall objectives of specific organizational units within the Company, including, but not limited to: hiring; on-the-job training; other training; talent/performance management; internal communications; internship programs. • Participating in the development of training plans and programs • Organizing internal and external training • Responsible for keeping and updating the training documentation and for keeping the skills matrix up-to-date in accordance with the training procedure • Monitoring the implementation of the annual training plan • Organizing and leading the onboarding for new hires • Actively communicating with all departments about the required, ongoing and completed training • compiling and maintaining employee records in paper, digital and electronic form, including the training records • Providing support during internal and external queries and requests related to the HR department • Participating in the selection and recruitment process (calling candidates; keeping selection process records, records on interviewed candidates and interview outcomes) • Making and submitting reports on general HR activities • Monitoring HR events and meetings and coordinating communication between management and employees • Regularly updating employee data in HR databases, including all changes in the status of employees and general recordkeeping
