    I worked for one year in the Embassy of Spain in Beijing as a foreign trade advisor, serving the interests of Spanish companies -generally, the agri-food sector- in their export process to China. Some of the functions I performed are: • Resolution of consultations to Spanish companies about international trade issues between Spain and China. The content of the consultations included from agro-food regulations in China, to customs procedures, through inquiries about suspicions of scam, tariff data, logistical problems, technical documents, etc. Management of queries through CRM-system. • Elaboration of two market studies: "The agro-food regulations in China" and "The market of dietetic products and food supplements in China". • Provision of ICEX-services : agendas for Spanish companies to meet with Chinese local importers and distributors, provision of ad-hoc market information for specific companies and targeted products, advisory on logistics, etc. • Analysis of China's well-known online sales portal for the www.emarketservices.es platform • Organization of the national pavilion of Spain in different agro-food fairs in China (China Food and Drinks Fair (CFDF) 2017, INTERWINE 2017, TOPWINE 2017, ANUFOOD China 2017, Reverse Mission "Fruit Attraction" in Madrid, Hong Kong Fruit Logistics): tasks of coordination, logistics, administration, advice on regulations on sending samples to Spanish companies, etc.
