My main challenges have been to align inventory tactics and supply response to manage demand variability and create awareness of financial impact of operational decisions. Another challenge as well is to materialize opportunities to improve working capital, cost structure, and planning discipline My achievements so far: close to 1.0 Mill USD positive impact in working capital by reducing DOH from 47 to 36 days, while maintaining 99% OTIF; Materialized ~$300K USD in cost savings and logistics cost optimization opportunities; Implemented Cost-to-Serve framework, established IBP foundations, and strengthened planning discipline
My main challenge was to solve several issues of supply constraints to improve intercompany service level and stock balance in the markets. I implemented organisation changes and new roles and responsibilities to run transformational process initiatives that brought: Intercompany service level improvement from 68% above 90% and go to market product availability above 95%; safety stock optimization and inventory entitlement in markets 3% below stock target; cost avoidance of €0.8 million in write-offs. I also had the challenge to lead SC Integration projects. Achieved NPIs OTIF target. Developed supply network optimization and cost efficiency initiatives.
I brought crossfunctional collaboration through executing a robust Integrating Business Planning Process to consensus on gap closing measures to meet budget and short term objectives. Supported organic and inorganic growth initiatives, contributing to double-digit revenue growth. Drove operational excellence, reduced costs and working capital as well as increased customer satisfaction rate. Achieved product availability in markets above 95%; stocks 6% below target; cost avoidance of €1.3 million driven by a decrease in write-offs.
My challenge was to implement and deploy best practices for demand and supply planning, inventory management and S&OP to support strategic business growth in Latam.
